Situated on a spectacular coastline and one of the iconic northern Illawarra suburbs, the Thirroul Seaside and Arts Festival celebrates art and the beach as fundamental parts of local life.
The annual festival has established itself in the community as a beloved weekend long event with an art exhibition and prizes, entertainment, market stalls, great food, and competitions.

The exhibition is open all weekend (gold coin entry). All art works are for sale so enjoy a visual feast of art, sculpture and photography.
Persons under 18 years of age are not admitted on the opening night.
Thirroul township comes alive with street entertainment, music, dance, art exhibitions and competitions, children’s activities, carnival rides, and market stalls. Our local traders provide great food and boutique shopping for all to enjoy. The evening comes alive with music and dance at numerous local venues.
Enjoy our magnificent seaside park where there is a full day of entertainment, commencing with the Sunday breakfast Lions Club BBQ 8am, Art Market and Exhibition at Thirroul district Community Centre.

Thirroul Railway Station is opposite the Thirroul District Community Centre, with trains running on the South Coast Line between Central Station and Bomaderry.
